FAQ - The Karte Ouest

WHAT ARE THE SPECIFITES OF THE WEST KART?

The west kart, without contact, can be customizable or anonymous.

Customizable: Free and nominative card for regular users, which can contain titles from the kar'ouest eco ticket range, Malin notebook, Marmaille (depending on profile) or a subscription.
Supporting documents to be provided: recent photo ID, proof of address
Anonymous: Map that can contain titles from the kar'ouest range, Eco ticket or Malin notebook only. When the card is handed over, you will be asked for a deposit of 2 euros.

HOW DO I GET A WEST KART ?

You can get an anonymous card or an agency-only card.

DOES MY WEST KART HAVE A USAGE DEADLINE?

Your west kart has no use deadline.

DO I HAVE A TITLE LIMIT ON MY WEST KART?

There is no title limit on the west kart.

I HAVE EGARE OR ABIME MY WEST KARTE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Customizable card: In case of loss or deterioration, you will need to go to an agency to activate your remaining titles or your subscription on a new card. The cost of a duplicate is 5 euros and you will be asked for a piece of identification.
Anonymous card: In the event of loss or deterioration, the securities are lost. You will have to redo one by paying the deposit again to the tune of 2 euros.
